Defects or Incorrect items

If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please contact us with your order info & number, name and address, details of the product and the reason for the return. You will be inform if you qualify for a return, exchange, or replacement.

In the case your purchased product has a defect and is approved for a refund, it may be returned no later than 15 days after purchase. It must be returned in

unworn, unsoiled condition, complete with attached tags, the original packaging along with the purchase receipt.
